All bills are due when rendered. A 10% late fee is assessed to all account balances not paid before the 16th of the month.

On the day of Service Disconnections due to Non-Payment, payment must be recieved in the office before 5 PM in order to restore service the same day of disconnection.
Any water reconnects, such as non-payment disconnection (not the day of cut-off), new service contracts, etc. are to be submitted before 3:30 PM
FAILURE TO RECEIVE BILL DOES NOT RELIEVE YOUR OBLIGATION TO PAY.
