Gaston Rural Community Water District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
You may pay your bill in person at our office located at 1133 Mack St in Gaston, SC. We accept cash, check, money orders or Credit / Debit Cards.
All bills are due when rendered. A 10% late fee is assessed to all account balances not paid before the 16th of the month.
FAILURE TO RECIEVE BILL DOES NOT RELIEVE YOUR OBLIGATION TO PAY.
Online Bill Payment
If paying your bill Online click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button. You will need to have your account number and PIN number handy then just follow the prompts.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your large portion of the bill. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply come in to our office with Picture ID, along with a voided check.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill through our DROPBOX which is located in the center of the Building. Please make sure to attach large portion of Bill, or Account Name and Service Address along with payment, to ensure proper posting of payment to your account.
Pay By Phone
You may pay your bill over the phone using a debit or credit card by calling in to our office during normal business hours - (803) 794 - 2819.
There is a service fee for all transactions that are paid using a Debit/Credit Card.
Transactions $0.01 - $499.00 = $2.00 Service Fee
Transactions $499.00 and above = 3.0% Service Fee
